Valet service adds a touch of luxury to the stay, and the overall friendliness of the staff contributes to a pleasant experience.

The hotel is fairly close to the river walk, making it easy to access without the higher price tag of being right on the river. the room was large and had comfortable beds, which were a pleasant surprise compared to other places I've stayed at. the staff seemed professional and accommodating, and the small kitchen in the room added a nice touch for quick meals. the complimentary breakfast coffee was a great perk to start the day.

One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. Although my room was not the cleanest, it was not terrible either.

The room was a nice size and well-appointed and equipped with microwave, dishwasher. We had a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge in the room.

The spot was prime, just a quick walk to the Alamo and super convenient public parking nearby for overnight stays. The breakfast was decent, but swapping it for some treats at the nearby bakery is worth it. The staff was top-notch, providing a clean room and close proximity to attractions. 🌟 The swimming pool and fitness center were key for chilling out. The only downside was a couch with a couple of questionable stains, but we avoided sitting on it.

The Home2 Suites by Hilton in San Antonio was a delightful experience. The hotel's convenient location near the Buckhorn Saloon and Texas Ranger Museum made exploring the area a breeze. The room was modern and spacious, and I especially appreciated the streaming services available and the comfortable seating area with a sofa bed. the indoor saline-based pool was a relaxing way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The Air Conditioner in the room didn't work properly, and despite bringing it to the staff's attention, it was not effectively addressed. The room temperature remained at 74-75 degrees, making it uncomfortable to sleep, particularly with the outside temperature reaching 102 degrees.

This place is a gem! Super convenient location near the downtown river walk. The impressive kitchenette with appliances made our stay a breeze, and the valet parking was a total game-changer for quick access to our vehicle. The staff's friendliness and attention to our dog Dosia Lee were truly heartwarming, and the breakfast selection had my kids thrilled! Plus, being within walking distance to amazing steak houses and Wicked the musical was jaw-dropping! And did I mention the spotless, comfortable rooms and the mind-blowing waffle toppings at breakfast? This hotel is a definite win!

We liked this business hotel. Location: the property was close enough to the center, the park, Riverwalk. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bohanan's Bar.

Particularly good and unbeatable location really close to the river walk and lots of restaurants, downtown areas, and The Alamo and Riverwalk, I felt safe. Downtown - Riverwalk district was worth visiting.

I chose this hotel for attending a meeting and found the 740 square feet of conference space and meeting room very convenient for work purposes. The complimentary wired Internet access and 24-hour business center were essential for my work needs, making it easy to stay connected and productive during my stay.

I missed having access to a well-stocked breakfast in the morning to fuel up before my business meetings.
